LIBERTY HARDTOP TECHNOLOGY

What if... there was a nail that was sharp, precise, drives fluently, clenches strongly and not to mention has a hardened nail head that slows down the wear process. This unique Kerckhaert technology changed the game completely for horses that often stand on harder or sandy surfaces. The nail head is hardened locally allowing the nail to wear more evenly with the horseshoe. Precise heat control keeps the nail strong and prevents it from losing tensile strength. The transition from traditional steel hardness to the hardened nail head is gradually, so there is no breaking point.

KERCKHAERT OLYMPIC CLIP SYSTEM

This patented Kerckhaert Clip Technology forges the clip from the same base material as the horseshoe. A key characteristic of this system is that the clip is set back into the shoe, making the clip to become part ofthe hoof wall. The clips is known as broad and solid, tapered and of ideal height. There is always a perfect clip-to-horseshoe ratio for stability and strength ensuring the horse's well-being.
