Horseshoes with Roller Section provide the horse with increased comfort when moving. The extra rolling added around the horseshoes for more freedom of movement enables the horse to roll off more naturally. This reduces the pressure that would otherwise be placed on the front of the hoof,resulting in increased comfort for the horse.

Imagine... there was a nail that was sharp, precise, drives fluently, clenches strongly and not to mention has a hardened nail head that slows down the wear process. This unique Kerckhaert technology changed the game completely for horses that often stand on harder or sandy surfaces. The nail head is hardened locally allowing the nail to wear more evenly with the horseshoe. Precise heat control keeps the nail strong and prevents it from losing tensile strength. The transition from traditional steel hardness to the hardened nail head is gradually, so there is no breaking point.
