Orthopaedic shoeing with the DF Eggbar is a breeze

This orthopaedic horseshoe in the DF horseshoe collection is designed to provide full support to the front hoof. The eggbar relieves and spares the hoof with certain hoof sensitivities. In addition to the eggbar shape, this front horseshoe also has all the strong features of the DF horseshoe. The V-shaped crease, coarseness and nail holes with correct pitch ensure a good fit. The two Radius clips on the quarters position the front shoe nicely on the hoof and give the horse more balance. The clips run nicely along the outside of the shoe with enough material at the base for any additional forging. Symmetrical horseshoe.
