The Meister Roller horseshoe is popular with horses where extra attention needs to be given to relieve pressure on muscles and tendons. The improved design of this front and hind shoe has rolling all around and a concave design on the inside. This semi-circular shoe improves the horse's locomotion. The concave inside provides extra grip. In addition, the Meister Roller also has Meister's signature wider toe and heel sections to ensure good support and balance. The branches are slightly narrower to optimise the horseshoe weight. The Meister Roller has the Radius clips positioned between the first and second nail holes, entirely according to the German shoeing tradition. The Radius clip also has enough material at the base, which keeps the quality optimal in case of any reforging. The V-crease with nicely placed nail holes with correct pitches give this horseshoe a fit that fully responds to the natural characteristics of the hoof. The Meister horseshoes are two sizes larger than the regular Kerckhaert numbering. In addition, the marking on the shoes is a 'D' instead of the familiar 'K'.
