This popular American racing nail is designed for racehorses and quarter horses wearing light steel or aluminium horseshoes. The nail is characterised as a finer nail with a very nice fit for finer American nail holes. The well-known tight and smooth finish of Liberty allows you to nail precisely with minimal hammer blows. The nail causes minimal damage to the hoof wall. This horseshoe is also useful when nailing smaller horseshoes for ponies, yearlings and smaller breeds. *This nail is also available as a copper nail with Cu Shield Technology.
