Vettec SuperFast is a fast setting, highly durable urethane formula that is ideal for making custom shoes directly on the hoof, as well as medial, lateral and toe extensions on foals. It sets in 30 seconds and is weight bearing in 2.5 minutes. Custom shoes made from SuperFast, when properly applied, should last 5 to 6 weeks or longer. SuperFast can also be used to repair hoof wall defects, externally modify shoes and glue –on wood and urethane clogs.

The fast setting hoof adhesive.

This 30-second hoof adhesive can be used for minor repairs, levelling hooves, heel elevations, customised shoeing and extensions in foals. SuperFast is the solution when the condition of the hoof wall does not allow traditional hoof nailing. Temporary shoeing with SuperFast, combined with Equi-Pak, provides tailored support in cases of laminitis or other lameness, when nailing is too painful. At the same time, it offers the possibility of improving the angle of the heel or creating medial or lateral support. Temporary shoeing with SuperFast can also be used for trail running and occasional training. It also prevents the need to nail traditional horseshoes to fragile and brittle hoof walls. Apply SuperFast to the hoof for medial or lateral support or to change the angle of the heels.
