What is Fine Forge Technology?

By combining multiple forging and heating steps, Fine Forging enables us to shape steel and aluminum with exceptional control and precision. This unique, advanced drog forging process is inspired by techniques from the coin industry and developed and built entirely in-house. It ensures superior detail, consistency and finish in every horseshoe. Each step provides continuous quality control, so that every detail and feature can be shaped with a purpose: from nail heading for an excellent nail fit to precision heating for finesse and customisation in the design. This unique Kerckhaert forging process is designed and developed to meet the demands of the modern farrier and horse time and time again.
