This unique and innovative application in the production process of a horseshoe nail ensures that the head of the nail specifically hardens without compromising the overall strength of the nail. By adding carbon very locally using new and advanced laser technology, Liberty is able to harden the head of the nail. Through consistent heat treatment and a hardening depth that can be set with an accuracy of up to 0.15 mm, this innovative HardTop Technology guarantees optimum nail strength and quality across the entire nail, with an unrivalled traditional, wear-resistant hardened nail head.
